CompUSA’s shutting shops

The New York Times reports that CompUSA is shutting down a whole lot of its shops around the US. In an article on-line titled “The Gutting of CompUSA“, David Pogue states that CompUSA will close “over half of its 225 stores”. What about the Puerto Rican ones? I believe they are still profitable, given the sort of monopoly they are enjoying. The long list of shops to be closed does not include any here in Puerto Rico. The fact is that, as it happens in the US, CompUSA’s shops here are overpriced, too.
