oishii! – ephemeral pheromonal del.icio.us-ness

Oishii! is del.icio.us in its simplicity! It polls delicious every 5 minutes and gets an extract of all the bookmarks tagged by more than 30 people. It is programmed in Python, but I wonder if it can be done with Yahoo Pipes or a similar tool. Anyone, ideas?
